1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. Return requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed condition.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, including all accessories and inserts.
  • The safety seal must be intact and undamaged.
  • The item must not have been damaged, altered, or used.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

For health, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially consumed dietary supplement products.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Products with a broken, damaged, or missing safety seal.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or use by the customer.
  • Products returned without a valid proof of purchase.
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window has elapsed.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and your contact information in the message.
  3. We will respond within 3 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  4. Pack the product securely in appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  5. Ship the product to the address provided in our response. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request within 5 business days.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping and handling fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us immediately at ask-us-@vefthranchodyrex.world with your order number and a description or photograph of the issue. In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please initiate a return for the eligible product and place a new order separately.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, including rights under the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines in the United States.
